gender reveal party

i was asked by a friend to make these baby themed cookies for a gender reveal party.  half pink and half blue, it's anyone's guess what color will be inside that cake when they cut it open this weekend.  

these would also make the perfect favor for a baby shower or birth announcement. 

 

henna inspired cookies

I was asked to make these henna inspired cookies for an indian themed bridal shower.  They are definitely not your typical bridal shower cookies and that is exactly what makes them awesome.  Super bright red, yellow, and orange accented with gold and brown make the perfect combination.  Pictures definitely don't do these cookies any justice.  This must be one awesome bride, totally not afraid to break out of the box.  I hope she likes them!
